increasingly getting annoyed by

people who come to the initial meeting and then sign papers saying they will do things and want our emails and then don’t come the rest of the semester and shirk their duties

WE DON’T MAKE THOSE LISTS AND COMMITTEES FOR FUCKING NOTHING.  

it’s simple, if you don’t want to attend, don’t fucking put your email down. if you were dragged somewhere by someone, don’t commit to anything. it gets our hopes up as leaders to think that maybe our group means something.

Last night I was so disappointed by the turn out to my meetings. I mean like, pissed. I understand that some people have responsibilities to other things, but breaking it and going to a bar? Going somewhere else? Really now. I mean I know this is ridiculous but officers like us try, especially the ones in the underfunded or non funded social groups. We brought your asses those monks last semester. Many people don’t realize that most of that money was from OUR budget. We simply collaborated with another group to host on the days we wanted. And our meetings are nothing but officers now?! I beg your fuckin pardon?

This peeves me to NO end.
